IMPORTANT NOTE: The default currency used by this store is Euro - this means that even though the price displayed in other currencies may fluctuate, the Euro price is the constant figure that will remain the same. Prices displayed in the store in any currencies other than Euro are for information purposes only. During checkout, all transactions will be charged the Euro price, irrespective of the currency used while viewing the product - you do not need to do anything about this, the system does it automatically. The currency conversion on this website is provided by www.xe.com Your credit card or bank may use a different exchange rate from that used by www.xe.com and the amounts they may charge you may differ from those quoted - this is an issue beyond my control.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store.
During the checkout process, you will be taken to a Paypal page. This is a secure page. Please follow their instructions to either sign into your existing Paypal account or pay by credit card under the "Don't have a Paypal account?" heading. [Please note that the credit card payment may be restricted in some countries. This is a Paypal issue and I have absolutely no control over it.] All payments are handled off-site by Paypal and none of your financial details are shared with this website. Once Paypal has all the necessary details, you will be returned to this website to complete checkout.

Money Orders / Bank Drafts:
No personal cheques please! All personal cheques will be returned to sender. Please send money orders or bank drafts in EURO only. Please make your money order payable to: "Radu Brinzan". Please email me for my postal address. Your order will not ship until the payment is cleared.
NOTE: Starting with the beginning of November 2008, it has become increasingly difficult to accept money orders or bank drafts. The bank fees are simply too much to take: the bank will charge a 3 euro processing fee (irrespective of the amount) plus 4% of the amount. If you want to pay by money order or bank draft and you are willing to cover the bank charges, please email me for the details. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Cash by Mail:
This is not the safest method of payment and I would like to avoid it as much as possible! If you wish to pay by cash in an envelope, please note that you may only do so at your own risk. Please send funds in Euro. If you wish to send any other currency notes, please contact me first. Please conceal the money inside a padded envelope. Try to place the money inside a thin brochure or leaflet. DO NOT use any metallic foils, wrappers or cards to conceal the money - this often makes it more obvious that there is money inside the envelope. Please send the envelope by registered mail, signed for receipt, traceable. Please take the appropriate insurance for it. The order will ship as soon as the money is lodged.
Backorders:
You can order out of stock items, and for this, you will need to complete the checkout process. All backordered items will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock. If, for any reason, restock is not possible, I will issue a full refund for any payments made in relation to backorders. If you have any questions, please ask.
Lost items:
Once a package is left at the post office, its delivery is entirely a postal matter. If a package fails to arrive within a reasonable period of time, please contact your local post office and inquire about it. Please allow 28 days before a package may be declared as "lost". All lost items will be replaced. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
